Established in the year 1992, we Offcom Systems Private Limited are the Distributor/Channel Partner, Manufacturer and Trader of UPS, Vertiv UPS, Online UPS, Exide Battery, Amaron UPS Batteries, etc. We are also Service Provider of Energy Audit Service, UPS Rental Services, etc. We are a Technology Services Company. OSPL has been consistently growing with a CAGR of more than 25% over the last twenty years.
We would be currently serving more than a 2000 customers with most of the blue chip Corporates being in our customer list. We have direct operations in Delhi, Mumbai, NOIDA, Lucknow, J&K, Dehradun, Bhopal, Jaipur and Chandigarh and offer services through a team of motivated and hardworking persons. The corporate office of OSPL is at Noida- Delhi NCR where we also run an inhouse Technical Service Centre and the manufacturing works for electric peripherals. We also have a Business Associate Network spread across the country and offer services from most of the State Capitals though a team of 450 power engineers.
We are essentially a service driven company and have built a system and culture of being always focused towards customer service; our corporate slogan being "We Care" defining our commitment to customer support. We are an ISO certified company and operate through a team, more than half being technically qualified. We are all thoroughly trained and highly motivated- always striving to ensure maximum possible uptime of the critical customer applications.

Thea Energy Pvt Ltd: Headquartered in Kolkata where we market Thea range of Solar Inverters and help design and execute Solar Power Plants though our SI/EPC partner network throughout the country. Thea Solar Inverter has become a respected brand in the market in a short span of two years primarily because of the reliability of the product and ease of getting support services. Thea has a major market share in rooftop solar plants in the states of Punjab, West Bengal and Bihar.
Rush Networks LLP: It is a service company, with the headoffice at Mumbai. We provide E&M facility support services as a national service provider through a team of about 450+ service engineers. Rush is already providing services to more than 100 Corporate National Customers at thousands of their offices spread across the country.
We have a two decade strong association with Vertiv Energy Pvt Ltd (formerly Emerson Network Power) and are their largest partners in North India. We started with them in the year 2000 when it used to be Tata Liebert Ltd and have grown with them over the years, would have installed thousands of UPS systems across the country including a few export projects.
Amara Raja Batteries– Associated for about a decade now and offer their Battery Banks for power Back up solutions to our customers. Amaron is a leader in 12V/2VSMF lead batteries in the UPS and telecom industries. They have just launched Lithium Ion batteries which is supposed to be the future in the power back up storage industry.
